Who I Am
I'm Shivam Kumar — an engineering student on an unconventional dual academic path, simultaneously pursuing B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering at IIIT Surat and a BS in Data Science & Applications from IIT Madras.
This combination isn't accidental — it reflects my belief that the most interesting work happens at intersections. Where hardware meets software, where signals meet statistics, where circuits meet cognition. I want to build systems that aren't just smart in isolation, but deeply integrated with the physical world.
My journey began with competitive preparation through ALLEN Career Institute and a foundation at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Samastipur, where the values of discipline, intellectual curiosity, and perseverance were instilled. Those same values now drive me to tackle complex engineering challenges.
I am actively exploring machine learning, embedded systems, and full-stack development — building projects that bridge theory and practice. I believe in learning by making, and making things that matter.

Cleared JEE Advanced — the second and harder stage of India's Joint Entrance Examination, and one of the toughest undergraduate admission tests in the world. Gateway to admission at India's IITs.
